Namibia, through the Namibia Training Authority, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with China and South Africa to collaborate on Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). 

Namibia is setting its sights on lithium battery manufacturing, with Industries, Mines, and Energy Minister Modestus Amutse saying that every industrial partnership must deliver skills transfer to turn the country's mineral wealth into locally manufactured products rather than raw exports.

The National Youth Council (NYC) hosted the Ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to Namibia, Dr. Magaly Henríquez González, during an official engagement focused on youth development, skills transfer and bilateral cooperation.
