Reported crime in the Oshana Region declined from over 11,000 cases during the 2024-2025 to 10,267 during the 2025-2026 financial year. 

The National Council MP Abner Shikongo informed the National Council during the motivation of the Oshana Regional Council 2025-2027 financial year.
