Over 1,000 vote in Guinas by-election

The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) returning officer in the Guinas Constituency by-election, Sion Shikufinde, says that by 15:00, over 1,000 voters had cast their votes out of more than 4,000 registered voters.
