Nandi-Ndaitwah says education must drive national development

She said this in a speech read on her behalf by the Prime Minister, Elijah Ngurare during the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST) 10th graduation ceremony on Friday. 

Otjozondjupa Police urge security companies to collaborate
