The National Council has started a special session to discuss urgent pending matters before it adjourns tomorrow.

Higher Education, Technology, and Innovation Minister Dr. Itah Kandjii-Murangi said training and vocational education are essential drivers of any nation's social, economic, and technological innovation. 

A Member of the Swapo Party, Itah Kandjii-Murangi, has asked the youth to critically assess their interests, abilities, and capabilities to align their career choices to key job markets and emerging natural resources.

Higher Education, Training, and Innovation Minister Itah Kandjii-Murangi has said the development of professional and technical human resources, research, science, technology, and innovation infrastructure is the cornerstone of the transformation of the Namibian economy.

The government is constructing more Vocational Training Centres in Kunene, Kavango West, ||Kharas and Oshikoto regions so that more learners could pursue their studies through TVET.
