Venaani: Farmers face delays in accessing land

The president of the Popular Democratic Movement (PDM), McHenry Venaani, said farmers who want to buy land through Agribank are finding it difficult to access land, taking them up to six months.

He explained that this is because people selling land are only willing to do so through commercial banks.

Children need to be provided with nutritious food- Kamanya

Miss Namibia 2018, who is also the Director of the Innonation Foundation, Selma Kamanya, has reiterated the call to provide children with nutritious food.

Kamanya said this at the handover of a backyard garden to the Bernard Norkamp Centre in Windhoek.
