EU pledges continued support for Namibia’s green industry

The European Union has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Namibia's green industrial agenda. 

The EU's Commissioner of International Partnerships said that to achieve this, the EU is committing 1 billion euros in support of Namibia's green industrialisation agenda. 

Ithete calls for action in green energy sector

Green Hydrogen official visits South Korea

Green Hydrogen Commission spokesperson Jona Musheko on Monday toured renewable energy facilities in South Korea’s Jeju Self-Governing Province as part of his official visit.

Musheko visited a wind power farm where each turbine produces up to 2,000 kilowatts, or 2 megawatts, of electricity.

The Minister of International Relations and Trade has expressed appreciation to the European Union for the consistent and tangible support it has extended to Namibia's key programmes over the years.

Selma Ashipala-Musavyi said this at a Namibia-EU Partnership Dialogue held in Windhoek on Monday.
