The joint festive safety intervention operation was launched at the Oshiko roadblock in the Oshana Region. 

The operation organised by the Roads Authority is aimed at checking on the readiness of motorists for the upcoming festive season.

The invisibility of vehicle number plates and the use of duplicate number plates to commit various offenses were some of the offenses recorded during the operation.
