United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has visited Haiti to see the devastation left by Hurricane Matthew. Storm victims continue to express frustration at delays in aid more than a week-and-a-half since the category 4 storm hit. Ban's helicopter traveled to the storm-damaged southern city of Les Cayes.
