A 16-month-old baby died after he allegedly drowned in a bucket.
The baby was left in the house with a 9-year-old minor at the time of the incident.
His body has been transported to the Okahao police mortuary for an autopsy.
The incident occurred in the Uukwalumbe village in the Omusati Region.
In another incident, 18-year-old Angala Reinold's remains were found in a well in the Omusati Region's Ogongo Constituency.
Reinold was earlier seen with a friend at a cuca shop before his clothes were found floating on top of the water at the well. His body was later discovered, and police established that he was bleeding from the mouth.
Reinold's next of kin have been informed, and an autopsy will be carried out at the Okahao police mortuary.
