The Principal of Kuisebmond Secondary School, Jonathan Mashawa, says digital transformation can help improve the learning experience for both students and teachers, as well as other people involved in the process.

Mashawa says such changes will focus on improving engagement and accessibility through interactive and customizable learning. As a result, online education gets cheaper, more comprehensive, and more inclusive.

Other opportunities include micro-lessons, interactive videos or tests, and even games or AI-based learning methods.

All these options can help a learner or student get more involved in the process and interact with the respective elements or tasks.

He added that people with disabilities also get an education with no barriers or difficulties thanks to text-to-speech or colorblind-friendly visualisation, for example.

"In today's world, technology introduces a lot of things, just having a phone with you or having a computer with you, you carry so many books with you at once, so in terms of the labour it's less, in terms of the context you carry it's endless, we are moving towards vision to 2030 as a country, as a country we need to empower the young ones who do we empower them we empower them by making sure that we are advanced in technology, and I am happy with what the ministry of technology is doing in trying to empower and they are working very well."

Because of the impact of digital technology in education, it's absolutely imperative that the education system keep up with the digital revolution.

"If many companies can come on board to sponsor most of the schools to make sure that the schools are well equipped with technological equipment such as projectors that they may use to advance their learning, by so doing, believe me, even our education and our performance will also increase. Our schools all over the country have not been performing very well for many reasons, one of which is a lack of resources. If you go to all the schools, the numbers keep growing each and every year."

He says investing in digital education is important for all educational institutions, from preschool to university.
