The High Commissioner of the United Kingdom to Namibia says relations with Namibia will continue to grow in several areas, to the benefit of the citizens of both countries.

High Commissioner Charles Moore spoke to nbc News following a courtesy call on President Nangolo Mbumba at State House.

"I have seen him at several events, but I have not seen him since he became President, and this was a good opportunity to discuss the warm relationship that we have between the UK and Namibia, to discuss the Commonwealth, and to discuss where we want to head in the future of our relationship. As always, it was a pleasure to engage with him on a number of issues in which we are partners and to see how we can work together in the future."
