The Deon Hotto Foundation, established in 2018, held its official launch night at the Windhoek Country Club and Resort.  Namibia international Deon Hotto led by example, pledging N$2 million to the foundation. Proceeds from the foundation will go towards building a sport stadium in Swakopmund.

Established in 2018, the Deon Hotto Foundation has a history of making donations, supporting sport clubs, old age homes, and houses of safety.

The foundation's mission is to support underprivileged children and communities through sport development.

Last night's event officially launched the Deon Hotto Foundation at the Windhoek Country Club and Resort. This time, the foundation has a significant fundraising goal, building a sport stadium in Swakopmund. The town's municipality has generously provided land for this purpose.

The launch featured speakers sharing Deon Hotto's story. Mr. M, the man behind "DH7," recounted Deon's inspiring journey.

Carl Pesat, the chairperson of the Deon Hotto Foundation, shared the organization's mandate.

Deon Hotto Kavendjii, the foundation's founder, delivered his official speech, taking responsibility for upholding the Hotto name.

Hotto's contribution demonstrates the foundation's unwavering commitment to creating a brighter future for both boys and girls.

The foundation will also host its annual Deon Hotto Charity Tournament in Omaruru from June 28th to the 30th.
