The Windhoek City Runners Club hosted a social run for its members, non-members, and first-time participants in Windhoek over the weekend.

The Windhoek City Runners Club's social run event, sponsored by Namibia Medical Care, attracted a sizable crowd to the Rare Smokey Mare under the theme "We are runners, a little cold doesn't bother us."

Various participants shared their experiences and challenges encountered during the event. The club has shown incredible growth and achievements over the past year. 

The Club participation has increased by approximately 27%. Windhoek City Runners Club will host another run on September 14th, 2024.
