The family members of 16 people who died from suspected food poisoning last year at Kayova Village in the Kavango East Region are still waiting for a forensic report.
The 16 deceased family members were between the ages of two and 33, and the family is yet to find closure.
The Head of the Police Forensic Science Institute, Commissioner Nelius Becker, told nbc News that toxicology reports take time, especially when the matter is complicated, such as that of Kayova.
Commissioner Becker, however, added it's only a matter of time before the matter is concluded.
