The Ondobe Annual Youth Expo has once again brought energy and inspiration to the youth and the people of the Ohangwena Region.
This third edition of the Expo is more than just an event; it's a platform for development, entrepreneurship, and community-building.
Since it began in 2022, the Ondobe Annual Youth Expo has become a symbol of new ideas and teamwork.
This year's theme focused on adapting to a changing world, addressing challenges such as climate change, poverty, and drought.
"The Ondobe Expo is about development and prosperity for all. It's about networking, knowledge sharing, and working together to fight climate change and drought," said expo chairperson Shapwa Kaulinge.
Despite challenges, the Expo has seen remarkable growth in just three years and attracted 51 exhibitors this year.
"We have reached a significant milestone in terms of the number of vendors we have, the number of people visiting our market, and the growth of our clientele. So I must say that we are slowly getting there and reaching the targets that we set when we first started," added spokesperson Helena Shifotoka.
Some exhibitors, like Gerson Dumeni and Honest Haimbangu, talked about how excited they were about this lively platform.
With plans for growth and stronger partnerships, the Expo promises to unlock even greater opportunities and to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs.
