A Tsumeb-based pastor, Junias Nghitewapo, is making a heartfelt plea to the nation to help track his missing brother.

Kornelius Nghitewapo, 42, also known as Kolele, was employed as a police officer based at the Oshakati police station and was last seen a year ago.

As the first anniversary of Kornelius's disappearance approaches, Junias is urging anyone with information to come forward to help reunite their family.

"This is the dilemma we as a family are finding ourselves in. We therefore ask the Namibian nation to join hands in providing any information regarding Kornelius's whereabouts or any events that may have occurred," he stated.

Kornelius is a resident of Omatunda village, and those with information are encouraged to contact local police.

Junias emphasised that any assistance from the community would bring comfort and relief to the family during this difficult time. He concluded his plea by expressing gratitude to all Namibians for their support.
