Omburo Fishing Enterprise has come to the rescue of Coblenz Combined School in the rural constituency of Okakarara by donating building materials and paints.

Rapupara Tjipura, a shareholder of Omburo Fishing Enterprises, emphasised the importance of fostering economic growth and job creation through such initiatives.

"Our primary focus is to develop the much-needed infrastructure in the rural areas to ensure the provision of services aimed at accelerating economic growth and ultimately contributing towards job creation and poverty eradication in these communities."

Coblenz Combined School Principal Uazuvara Kuzatjike expressed gratitude for the support, highlighting its importance for education.

"Your contributions will add a big value to education for our children in the Coblenz settlement. For effective teaching and learning to take place, conducive environments must be the order of the day."

Similarly, Rosa Mbango, Control Administrator Officer of Coblenz Settlement, praised the initiative's dual focus on education and faith.

"Education and faith are pillars of our society. Your decision to support us with supplies for the renovation of our school ensures that our children will have a conducive learning environment. Likewise, the construction of the Pentecostal Unity Church fosters unity and spiritual growth among our community members."

Located 200 kilometres north of Otjiwarongo, the Coblenz settlement is home to over 5,000 residents.
