Frances Shaahama, Road Accident, Kavango West, Culpable Homicide, Namibia Traffic, Teen Fatality

A 15-year-old boy died on Wednesday morning after he was bumped while walking on the B10 road near Dudu Village in Kavango West.

According to the regional commander of Kavango West, Commissioner Julia Sakuwa-Neo, the 40-year-old Namibian driver of a silver Nissan sedan has not been arrested pending investigation.

A case of culpable homicide and reckless and/or negligent driving has been opened.

The deceased was identified as Kaveto Kafura Moses Ndara, and his next of kin have been informed.
