The Seaside Hotel and Spa handed over dividends of N$1.3 million to its shareholders.

The shares are distributed as follows among the shareholders according to percentage shareholding: The Defence Force Foundation, with a 75% shareholding, is receiving N$1,005,000. August 26 Holding PTY (Ltd), with a 25% shareholding, is receiving N$355,000.

The Defence Force Foundation Board of Trustees Chairperson, Air Marshal Martin Kambulu Pinehas, said the dividends were a significant milestone that reflects the dedication and consistent performance of all those who have contributed to the success of the hotel.

"This achievement strengthens the foundation's ability to provide tangible support, resources, and programmes that directly benefit those who serve our nation. It reflects the strength of the defence force foundation, where accountability and operational efficiency drive sustainable growth and mission success, ensuring that every action taken contributes to the readiness, resilience, and prosperity of our members."

Pinehas further notes that the declaration of dividends by Sea Side Hotel & Spa is a demonstration of what can be achieved when accountability and operational efficiency come together.
