Epukiro Post 3 residents have expressed confidence in their leadership, stating that they have kept their word in delivering services.

The community has urged people to come out in numbers to vote for their respective candidates in the upcoming Regional Councils and Local Authorities elections for further development.

Edison Murumendu has been residing at Epukiro Post 3 for about 14 years, and he said that although progress has been slow, things have definitely improved.

He noted that the government, along with the current Epukiro Constituency Councillor, Packy Pakarae, has done a commendable job in developing the area, particularly with improvements in road and water infrastructure, street lights and the renovation of a community hall.

Some community members highlighted that since the current councillor has already initiated several projects, it would be more practical to retain the present leadership to allow these projects to be completed smoothly and without unnecessary delays.
