The Keetmanshoop Magistrates Court has postponed the bail hearing of brothers George and Bino Cloete, two of the three suspects facing two counts of violating the Prevention of Organised Crime Act and illicit trafficking under the Diamond Act.
Percy McNally, who represents the accused, requested the bail hearing postponement until Tuesday, citing outstanding documents.
The High Court recently granted their co-accused Charmaine Cloete, who is the wife of George Cloete, bail of N$ 50,000.
She applied to the High Court after the Keetmanshoop Magistrate's Court denied her bail.
The trio face two counts of contravening the Prevention of Organised Crime Act (POCA) and illicit trafficking of goods under the Diamond Act.
It is alleged that the suspects trafficked and sold diamonds in Port Nolloth, South Africa.
The diamonds are believed to be linked to those stolen during the robbery last year at Namdia, worth millions of dollars.
