Aranos residents have expressed concerns about underdevelopment, unemployment, and inadequate services.

Community member Magrietta Rooi expressed concerns about the challenges faced by residents, particularly regarding water and electricity supply, as well as youth unemployment among school leavers.

"The youth who are looking for jobs can't find them. To be honest, nepotism is applied when jobs are given out. Those who completed school are jobless. My two children completed their education, but they have not yet found jobs."

Rooi added that unemployed young people frequently turn to drugs and alcohol.

A community activist, Nicolous Dirksie, voiced concern about the development challenges in the town.

Dirksie further urged the line ministry personnel to visit Arnos for an engagement.
