Oshana Governor Hofni Iipinge says the official inauguration of the upgraded Rössing Foundation Ondangwa Centre is a celebration of a vision, an investment in knowledge, innovation, and human potential. 

The official inauguration further celebrated a future where young people are equipped with the skills, confidence, and opportunities necessary to participate meaningfully in the modern economy.

He said the Rössing Foundation has been a trusted partner in Namibia's development journey for nearly five decades.

The center's contributions to education, capacity building, community development, and social advancement have touched the lives of thousands of Namibians across generations.

The foundation's legacy is visible in schools, communities, and institutions, as well as among the many leaders who have benefited from its programmes.

The refurbishment of this centre and the establishment of a modern Science Exhibition and Technology Hub, the governor said, represent a significant investment in the future of northern Namibia.
