Wanderers were crowned the 2026 Namibia club rugby champions after defeating defending champions Kudus 52-27 in the season-ending decider at the Hage Geingob Stadium in Windhoek on Saturday, 10 October 2026, avenging their defeat in last season's final.

Wanderers entered the title decider on the back of an outstanding 2026 campaign, having won 15 of their 16 regular-season matches before delivering a commanding performance built on attacking efficiency, physical intensity, and tactical discipline.

The Windhoek-based side established early control, applying sustained pressure through the midfield and capitalising on attacking opportunities. Although Kudus showed flashes of quality to work their way back into the contest, Wanderers responded whenever threatened to extend their advantage on the scoreboard and deny Kudus consecutive titles.

Vice-captain Edward Drotsky made his presence felt throughout the encounter, while captain Danco Burger provided composure and leadership. Adriaan Booysen and Kyle Nel also delivered strong performances, alongside flyhalf Andre van der Berg, who made crucial contributions through his goal-kicking and general play.

For Kudus, Ja-Tamson van der Berg impressed with powerful running, while flyhalf Kyle Wentzel also produced a notable performance despite the defeat.

Along with the championship trophy, Wanderers received N$55,000 in prize money, completing a dominant 2026 campaign and securing their return to the pinnacle of Namibian club rugby.
