President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has arrived in Windhoek from Luanda, Angola where she co-chaired the inaugural session of Bi-National Commission of the two countries.

She was received at the airport by Vice-President Lucia Witbooi, Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare and senior government officials.

President Nandi-Ndaitwah and Angolan counterpart, Joao Lourenco during the meeting, called for boost of economic ties, building on the historical ties forged during the struggle for freedom.
