A skills development partnership was signed between Africa Institutional Management Services and Namibia Youth on Green Hydrogen.
Africa Institutional Management Services or AIMS is an extended service qualified and registered training institution, helping both public and private sectors through skills expansion. Its CEO, Cleopas George, says they have realised the need for the Namibian youth to be prepared with specific skills.
AIMS and the Namibia Youth on Green Hydrogen, NAYoRE, want to help people who are not able to further their studies due to a lack of finances.
The Co-Founder of NAYoRE, Justus Amwaama, says the non-profitable organisation, which was established in 2017, aims to mainstream the youth in energy sectors.
