The Windhoek Runners Club in partnership with Namibia Medical Care have organised their first monthly run for 2023, which is scheduled to take place this coming weekend in Windhoek.

The event will be taking place at the Marine Aquatic Club, and is set to take on the theme "promoting healthy lives and fostering fitness culture". 

The organizers say the runners' safety will be the club's number one priority. 

There isn't a limited number of participants for this month's edition, as the organizers urge the public to come in numbers with their families.
