The Dermatology Society of Namibia has created a platform for professionals in the field to showcase their work, share knowledge and solutions, and collaborate across fields.

The Sinomine Tsumeb Smelter has added more mining activities as a means to create new skills.

Speaking at the Tsumeb Copper Festival, Deputy Minister of Industrialisation and Trade Verna Sinimbo said the youth are required to acquire these skills for Namibia to become an industrialised nation. 

The drought conditions plaguing farmers across the country also affect Hardap Irrigation Scheme farmers, who have had water supply to their irrigation plots suspended this week.

This is due to critically low water levels in the Hardap Dam.
