Team Europe held its annual year-end media engagement, bringing together ambassadors from Finland, France, Germany, Portugal and Spain. 

Miss Namibia, Johanna Swartbooi, will be allowed to choose the location and design of her new two-bedroom house courtesy of the National Housing Enterprise (NHE).

NHE met with the Miss Namibia Organisation to deliberate on the location of her choice. 

The international beauty queens who were in Namibia on the initiative of Miss World Namibia's Selma Kamanya's Global Namibia 1 project concluded a successful ten-day tour of Namibia.

The aim was to explore and promote the country's tourism on the world stage.

The Tsumeb Municipality says it is pleased with the progress reached in constructing key roads and in routine maintenance works that have been completed. 

Some are set to remain in the works until 2026.

Namibia has recorded 448 road fatalities from January to November. This is an increase from last year's 376 crashes, which are said to be caused mainly by speeding.
