African Union member states, including Namibia, Kenya, and Sierra Leone, have reiterated that the continent's continued exclusion from the United Nations Security Council can no longer be tolerated.

Ndakondjelua Shaumbwa, a long-serving nurse, midwife, and veteran of the liberation struggle, has died at the age of 85. Her death on the 16th of September was confirmed by her nephew, Jackson Wahengo.

Residents of Otjiwarongo joined in on the weekend's National Clean Up Campaign.

The campaign kicked off at the park, which over the years has become a dumpsite.

Volunteers took part and targeted four spots, including the area next to the hospital led by the Robert Youth Foundation.
