President Geingob receives courtesy visit from Indian Minister of External Affairs

Namibia remains open for business, particularly in critical industries such as green hydrogen, oil and gas, and agriculture.

President Hage Geingob affirmed this during a courtesy call by Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, the visiting Indian Minister of External Affairs, at State House.

Dr.Jaishankar's visit to Namibia is meant to strengthen relations as part of India's foreign policy objective to enhance cooperation with African countries.

Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, the External Affairs Minister of the Republic of India, has arrived at the Hosea Kutako International Airport for an official visit to Namibia.

The visit is scheduled to last for three days.

The purpose of the visit is to strengthen the bilateral relationship between India and Namibia. During the visit, Dr. Jaishankar will engage in discussions and meetings with Namibian officials to review and renew cooperation between the two countries.
