The Keetmanshoop Regional Court has postponed the sentencing of former Public Service Chairperson (PSC) Salmaan Jacobs for the fourth time.  

The former Public Service Chairperson (PSC), Salmaan Jacobs, will have to wait longer to hear his fate following a third postponement of his sentencing for a corruption conviction in the Keetmanshoop Regional Court.

High Court Judge Naomi Shivute has sentenced Walvis Bay murder convict Reddick |Narib (33) to 28 years’ imprisonment after he pleaded guilty to murdering his five-year-old stepson.

The Swakopmund Regional Court has postponed the sentencing of Jandre Dippenaar to August 20. 

Dippenaar was convicted of six counts of murder over a fatal accident that happened in December 2014 near Henties Bay.

The sentencing of a former police officer charged with the murder of his daughter has been postponed to Friday after mitigation arguments were heard in the Katima Mulilo Circuit High Court in the Zambezi Region.
