The leader of the Landless People's Movement, Bernardus Swartbooi, has reminded party members to be responsible and accountable.

He made the call during the movement's first policy conference held in Windhoek today.

Success in policy formulation and policy implementation depends on good governance and rule-based institutions, says Swartbooi.

Further emphasising that respect for that is aligned with the national constitution and steered by competent leaders who are democratic in executing their mandates.
