Minister of Works and Transport Veikko Nekundi recently inspected flood response measures in Zambezi, including the completed 170-metre floating bridge at Kalimbeza, which now provides safe passage for learners accessing schools at Malalakanga and Isize.

The Namibian Police has commissioned a station at Kalimbeza in Kabbe North in response to criminal activities happening in the area.
