The human-wildlife conflict came under the spotlight at a two-day conservation research conference at the University of Namibia's Katima Mulilo Campus.

The late Bennett Kangumu was buried at Chisawo Village in the Zambezi Region.

Kangumu, who was the University of Namibia's Katima Mulilo campus director, died following illness.
