A 50-year-old Namibian woman has been arrested for attempted murder in Otjiwarongo after seriously injuring a man by stabbing him last night.

The incident occurred around 22:30 at a house believed to be the suspect's residence. 

The Otjozondjupa police on Monday apprehended the suspect in the multiple stabbing incident which occurred Sunday night at a bar in Otjiwarongo’s Tsaraxa Aibes informal settlement.

49-year-old Tuutileni Mika appeared in the Ondangwa Magistrate's Court on charges of murder, attempted murder, theft of a bicycle, discharge of a firearm, and threat to kill. following a shooting at Henning Crusher in Ondangwa on Friday.
