Suiderhof Primary School, also known as SUIDES, hosted an official unveiling of three newly built classrooms and ablution facilities, valued at N$ 2 million.

The newly constructed block of classrooms and a storeroom at Impalila Combined School are expected to significantly improve learning conditions and ease overcrowding at the school.

The National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) on Thursday celebrated its 20th anniversary with the official inauguration of its new headquarters, named the Dr. Joseph Ngavirue House in honour of the institution's founding chairperson.

In a move to improve the welfare of educators, the Ohangwena Regional Governor, Kadiva Hamutumwa, handed over the construction site for a new teacher's accommodation facility at Helao Nafidi Combined School in the Okongo Constituency.

The project is estimated to cost N$1.4 million.

Information and Communication Technology Minister Emma Theofelus has reaffirmed the government's commitment to supporting education initiatives, investing in infrastructure and providing the necessary resources to ensure no child is left behind.
 

The University of Namibia requires N$125 million to complete phases two and three of the construction of its campus in Keetmanshoop. 

This was revealed during the site visit by the Minister of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sport, Arts and Culture, Sanet Steenkamp. 

The Ministry of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts, and Culture in the Zambezi Region has encouraged school learners to venture into technical subjects after observing good performances in this area last year.

Vice President of Namibia, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, inaugurated the new education office complex in the Ohangwena region, emphasising that it symbolizes more than just infrastructure; it marks a national milestone aimed at improving the quality of education and bringing services closer to the people.  

The staff at Kapani Combined School are seeking assistance from both the Ministry of Education and the local business community to enhance the school's infrastructure.
