Suspected poacher shot dead over the past weekend

A suspected poacher was shot dead over the past weekend, by a member of the anti-poaching unit. 

According to the police weekend crime report, the three male suspects poached a Rhino at farm Okarakua in the  Windhoek district. 

Parents in Windhoek still seeking school placement

With the reopening of schools today, some parents in the capital are still seeking placement for their children.

Some have been told to at least wait for fifteen days, as most classes have already exceeded their limit of accommodating between 38 and 42 learners per class.
