NDTC spent more than N$60,000 on items that will be distributed amongst these clinics to aid new mothers.

Omaheke farmers supply milk to Gobabis soup kitchen

The Office of the Omaheke Governor and some local farmers are working together to supply a soup kitchen at Gobabis with milk three times a day.

The soup kitchen feeds vulnerable children, and the supply of milk will help to curb malnutrition.

Vaccination Campaign in Omaheke

The Ministry of Health and Social Services in the Omaheke Region and the World Health Organisation carried out a weeklong vaccination campaign on children under the age of five, concurrently with cervical cancer screening. 

The outreach project mostly targeted rural dwellers.
