An accident took place some 20 km from Otavi to Otjiwarongo after an ambulance crashed into a truck, resulting in two fatalities in the early hours of this morning.
The other six occupants of the ambulance sustained serious injuries and were taken to the Otjiwarongo Intermediate Hospital.
