The Minister of Higher Education, Training and Innovation Dr Itah Kandjii-Murangi said the year 2020 was quite a difficult one both for the education sector as well as Government resulting in the implementation delays of plans. Dr Murangi said this during her visit to Nakayale Vocational Training Centre.
