A South African advocate says the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has acted in a biased manner by choosing whom to investigate and to reserve as state witnesses in the fish corruption scandal, dubbed as #Fishrot. Vas Soni, in his closing remarks during cross-examination of ACC lead investigator Andreas Kanyangela, says none of his clients, namely former justice minister, Sacky Shanghala, his business partner, James Hatuikulipi, and Pius Mwatelulo were provided an opportunity to give their side of the story during the ACC investigation.
