The Commission of Inquiry into Claims of Ancestral Land Rights and Restitution has recommended the establishment of a Land Claims Commission. The Land Claims Commission would investigate, validate and process historic land claims among others. The commission also recommended the establishment of a Land Claims Court to hear disputes over historic land claims. The recommendations are contained in the report of the Commission of Inquiry into Claims of Ancestral Land Rights and Restitution.
