Ballot papers for the Regional Council and Local Authority Elections have arrived from Durban, South Africa this afternoon. The Electoral Commission of Namibia says from Saturday the ballot papers will be sorted and distributed according to respective constituencies, local authorities and polling teams. This will be done in the presence of representatives of all political contestants before they are dispatched to their respective destinations.
