The Business and Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA) and the Namibian Competition Commission (NaCC) will collaborate on the sharing of data about activities of business establishments, especially those dealing in restrictive business practices and the competitiveness of industries. In this regard, the two entities signed a memorandum of understanding today.
