The late retired Brigadier-General Erasmus Kayambu Amupolo will be conferred the honour of an Official Funeral. In a statement today Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Tjekero Tweya said President Hage Geingob has conferred the honours in accordance with Article 32 of the Namibian Constitution. The President has further directed that his remains be interred at Elim Cemetery, in the Elim Constituency of the Omusati Region this weekend. The late Amupolo died in a car accident last week along with five other people. May his soul rest in peace.
