MEATCO has dismissed claims that the company is in debt of about N$800 million. However, its chief executive officer, Mwilima Mushokobanjii says the corporation is working hard to reduce the debts. He was reacting to a report of an independent analyst Rainer Ritter of last year, which formed part of an investigation by the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprise into the operations of MEATCO.
