Four communities in the Kavango West's Tondoro Constituency will soon have running water at their doorsteps. A Walvis Bay-based trust, Tulikwateseni Community Trust, a recipient of a fishing quota from the Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources, donated 40 water pipes to the villages.
