The Otjiwarongo Constituency Councillor Marlayn Mbakera says she is frustrated with the Ombili informal settlement clinic, which is at present unable to provide the required services to residents. The clinic was initially used as a Tuberculosis direct observation treatment centre. Mbakera expressed her dismay with the state of the facility, during the weekly COVID-19 update, at Otjiwarongo.
